1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Tulip is an AI-powered assistant that helps Etsy digital product sellers write listings and research their market. By creating an account or using Tulip you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are for one person or one business — do not share login details. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
3. Free plan and Tulip Monthly Membership
Every account includes one free listing and Business Growth Report. Continued use requires the Tulip Monthly Membership: A$19.99 per month, which includes up to 10 complete physical or digital Etsy listings per billing cycle. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle and unused listings do not carry over. The membership renews automatically each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your Account page — access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Membership pricing and monthly allowances may change, and we will tell you before any change affects your renewal. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. our refund policy.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Tulip does not receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and may include tax depending on where you are located. Access is granted once the payment provider confirms your payment.
5. AI-generated content
Titles, tags, descriptions, keyword lists and Business Growth Reports are generated by AI models using the information you supply. They are suggestions and estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing everything before publishing it, for its accuracy, and for complying with Etsy’s own policies. See our disclaimer for details.
6. Ownership of your content
You keep ownership of the product information you enter and of the listing content Tulip generates for you. You may use it commercially in your own shop. We may process your content to operate and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Tulip to generate unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content; do not attempt to break, scrape, resell or automate the service; and do not attempt to access other customers’ data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Tulip available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be replaced as the product develops. If we ever need to discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice by email.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tulip is provided “as is” and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us. We are not liable for lost sales, lost rankings, lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
